Adult Push, Pull, Legs: 16-Week Training Program

$150.00 USD

Three days a week. A clear plan. No guessing.

This is the same approach I use with my athletes, built for adults who want to get stronger and stop bouncing between random workouts. You’ll train legs, push, and pull, and every session follows the same flow: warm up, move explosively, build strength, finish strong.

It doesn’t matter where you’re starting from. The first 8 weeks build your foundation: you’ll learn the movements, own your form, and start from a weight that’s right for you. The last 8 weeks focus on strength, with a consistent structure so you can see yourself improving week after week.

Every exercise includes coaching cues and a training log to track your progress.

You’ll need gym access. Show up, do the work, and track it.

Nothing changes unless you change.

“I am just a beginner, but in the short amount of time I’ve been doing this program I have learned how to build strength, and maybe most importantly how to challenge myself to level up. I look forward to my workouts. This program addresses people with different levels of fitness.”

Built for the work between the highlights.

Train. Adapt. OVercome

The principles are timeless, but the work is ongoing. Through training, conversation, and writing, Rockne helps individuals build physical and mental resilience, raise their standards, and take ownership of their growth.

Frequently asked questions

When should I arrive?

Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early so you have time to check in, meet your coach, and get ready to train.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 48 hours before your session. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

How many people will be training with me?

Each session is limited to a pre designated number of athletes, typically ~12 athletes, keeping the group small enough for individual coaching and real-time adjustments.

Do I need to be an experienced athlete?

No. The session is designed for all fitness levels. Your coach will adjust the movements, pace, and resistance to meet you where you are.

What should I bring?

Wear comfortable training clothes and athletic shoes. Bring water and any braces or mobility equipment you normally use. We’ll provide everything else.

What happens during the session?

You’ll move through a warm-up, movement assessment, personalized strength work, and a short conditioning block. You’ll leave with clear feedback and a training plan you can continue at home or in the gym.
