THE ACCELERATION PROJECT

THE ACCELERATION PROJECT

$397.00 USD
An 8-week online speed program for Gaelic football athletes who are serious about getting measurably faster.

The Truth About Speed In Gaelic Football

Most athletes don't get faster because they train speed by accident.

A few sprints at the end of practice. Some ladder drills nobody really focused on. Coaches yelling "go harder" without teaching what harder actually means.

Meanwhile, the athletes who get faster — really, measurably faster — train it on purpose. Specific mechanics. Specific progressions. Consistent work over weeks, not days.

That's what this is.

What You're Going To Get Out Of It

In 8 weeks, you're going to be measurably faster over the first 10 and 20 yards — the exact distances that decide games in Gaelic football.

Not because you ran more. Because you learned how to train acceleration the way it should be trained:

→ Master the mechanics that make every step more powerful

→ Build the force production strength most athletes never develop

→ Learn how to apply it under pressure with change-of-direction work

→ Know exactly how to keep training acceleration long after this program ends

You'll also get the mental side most speed programs ignore — the self-talk, the pre-game routines, the focus tools that let you actually use the speed you build when it matters.

The 8-Week Structure

This program is built around one principle: consistency over complexity.

I'm not throwing 47 different drills at you. We're going to focus on acceleration — the thing that actually wins games — and drill it until it's automatic.

Week 1 — Baseline testing. Foundational acceleration mechanics. You'll record your 10 and 20-yard dash so we have real numbers to measure against at week 8.

Weeks 2-3 — Acceleration mechanics and force production. The patterns that separate average athletes from explosive ones.

Weeks 4-5 — Intensification. Adding load, intent, and complexity to what you've built. Real speed development happens here.

Week 6 — Change of direction. How everything you've trained translates when you have to plant, cut, and reaccelerate.

Week 7 — Integration. Game-speed application. Where the work meets the field.

Week 8 — Re-test. You record your 10 and 20-yard dash again. You see the numbers. You know exactly how much faster you got.

What's Included

8 weekly group coaching calls (Sundays, 60 minutes) covering training questions, mental performance strategies, and program walk-throughs

→ Personalized weekly programming delivered every week — what to do, how to do it, why it matters

→ Pre and post 10-yard and 20-yard dash testing — measurable proof of your progress

→ Direct access to me between sessions for questions, form checks, and accountability

→ Mental conditioning integration — self-talk, pre-performance routines, and the mental tools that turn training into game-day performance

→ Lifetime access to all program materials so you can keep training acceleration long after the 8 weeks end

The Investment

$397 for the full 8-week program.

That's $50 per week for personalized programming, weekly coaching calls, mental performance work, and measurable testing. Most athletes spend more than that on a single tournament weekend.

The Show Up Promise

If you attend every weekly call, complete the programming as prescribed, and submit your weekly check-ins — and you don't see measurable improvement in your 10 or 20-yard dash at week 8 — I'll refund every dollar.

All I ask is that you do the work.

Spots Available

Cohort #1 starts July 6th. 15 athletes maximum.

This is the founding cohort. The price will go up for future cohorts. Spots close when they fill or when we hit start day — whichever comes first.

Who This Is For

→ Gaelic football athletes who want to get measurably faster

→ Athletes who can commit to 8 weeks of consistent work, not just 2 weeks of motivation

→ Athletes who care about the mental side of the game, not just the physical

→ Athletes who want real data on their progress, not just a feeling that they "feel quicker"

Who This Isn't For

→ Athletes looking for a quick fix or a magic drill

→ Athletes who won't make Sunday calls a priority for 8 weeks

→ Athletes who think they already know everything about speed training

→ Families looking for the cheapest option

For Parents

If you're reading this because your athlete handed you their phone, here's what you need to know.

I'm Rockne O'Leary, Director of Fitness at Springhaven Golf Club and founder of ROCKNE LLC. I've coached hundreds of youth athletes over the years across strength, conditioning, and mental performance. I host The You Can't Fool You Podcast on the development of young men and athletes.

A few things you should know about this program:

I'm not a Gaelic football coach. I'm a strength and mental conditioning coach who works with athletes across many sports. What I'm bringing to your athlete is the science of acceleration and mental performance — applied specifically to the demands of Gaelic football. The mechanics that make an athlete faster don't change between sports. The way I teach them does.

This program is built on consistency, not novelty. Your athlete won't be doing 47 drills they'll forget by next week. They'll be drilling the patterns that actually produce speed until they're automatic. That's how real development happens.

The Show Up Promise is real. If your athlete does the work and doesn't get measurably faster, you get a full refund. I'd rather lose the revenue than build a business on athletes who didn't see results.

If you have questions, you can reach me at rockne@rockoleary.com or 484-832-0036. I'm happy to hop on a 15-minute call before you enroll if you want one.
